What about Printing??

1. AT HOME: Print on bright white matte card stock or cover stock paper in the 80-110 lb range. Any good white card stock will do. Other options: photo paper (I prefer matte), nice textured cotton paper, watercolor paper. Make sure to select the correct paper type from your printer dialog box for best results. 2. OFFICE SUPPLY STORES: (like Staples): Many office supply stores have copy & print services. Prices are in the $0.70/page range. You can upload your files online, email your files, or take your files into the store on a USB. Choose bright white card stock or cover stock. 3. PHOTO LABS: print like any other picture. 4. ME: I also offer printing services :) Look for a link in the "item details" section of your preferred item.

Can you change the color of the flowers?

I'm sorry that I am unable to change the colors of the flowers in my listings. Have a look at each shop "section" I have quite a few colors to choose from, you might find what you are looking for :)

How do I download my files (instant download)?

Download Link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Another way to download your files is to: 1. Click on "you"... to access your user profile. 2. Next, click on "purchases and reviews" from the drop down menu. 3. Then scroll down and find your purchase from my shop. 4. Finally click on "download files" to the right of your purchase. You can access your files right after your payment has processed. Most often, your files will be in "zip files" which usually cannot be opened on mobile devices like cell phones. You'll need access to a computer. If you are unable to access a computer...send me a message and I will help you out :)

Am I buying a digital or physical item (mailed to me)?

Since I offer both types of prints in my shop, please read the ITEM DETAILS carefully. There are digital downloads in my shop as well as printed and mailed nursery prints. I see an item in a set that I would like to purchase without buying the whole set. Can I do this?

Can I substitute one print for another in a set?

1. DIGITAL ITEMS: While I am able to create a custom listing with the items that are just right for you, unfortunately I am unable to make changes to your digital download order once it is purchased. Please contact me if you would like me to set up a custom listing just for you :) 2. PRINTED AND MAILED ITEMS: Sure...just make a note of it in the "notes to seller" section when you check out and I will print up the animals of your choice and mail them to you. Please make sure that you are purchasing a physical item (mailed to you). Substitutions are not available for instant downloads, please contact me for a custom order instead :)

I've printed on paper larger than my frame, now what?

Simply place the glass from your frame over the top of your print and lightly trace round the edge of the glass. Trim off the excess paper and you are ready for framing. If your frame has a mat you may not need to trim your paper down, just place your print behind the mat.

Birth Stats / Monograms / Custom Name Prints / Custom Quotes...How will I receive this item?

Birth Stats, monogram print files, custom quote designs as well as custom name nursery print files are not available as digital downloads. I do the designing and editing for these items and will email the files to you upon completion (within 3-5 business days, often sooner). I will email the files to the email address associated with your Etsy profile. :) Thanks!
