★Please note that delivery estimates given to us by the Post office are quite accurate but cannot always be met due to the reasons explained below. If you need delivery on a specific date please let us know and we’ll give you the best and cheapest available options for your Country and destination.
★Your parcel may be delayed due to holiday seasons, weather conditions or other events like strikes or for international shipments Customs controls delays.
If your parcel is taking longer than the shipping estimates or you are worried about the delay please contact us for assistance and we will inquire at the Post Office.

★We handle all returns in a case by case basis, if you have a problem or are not happy with your purchase please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a reasonable and satisfactory solution.
★For products that are returned as a result of an error by ArtDecoGalaxy, like a listing significantly different to the item shipped a full refund will be issued, once the item has been returned to ArtDecoGalaxy in the same original condition.
★We will not issue a full refund unless we have shipped a significantly different item other than as shown in the pictures or described in the text.
★ We do not accept returns of mechanical items, as watches, clocks etc… We describe the condition precisely.
★We’ll gladly provide additional details or pictures.

★Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (as shipped), undamaged and complete in all its parts, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
★Refund will be in the amount of the price paid for the item (minus postage fees incurred for the first shipping if the fees were included in the purchase price (Free Shipping) a shipping receipt will be provided as proof of the fee to be deducted from the refund).
★In some cases a restocking fee of 15% could be charged on the item (s) returned, unless the return is due to an ArtDecoGalaxy error.
★Refunds will be issued upon reception of the item not before.

★We describe all items as accurately as possible with all details and condition to the best of our knowledge, which also includes our opinion based upon our experience and research.
★We consider all images as part of the description and we’ll provide additional pictures or information upon request, to make sure the product shipped is exactly as described and expected (ie: color, condition, size etc…)

★We provide professional packaging, but if the package arrives damaged with missing or broken items, we have to be notified the same day of delivery with copy of the postal receipt, pictures of the packaging where the damage is, and pictures of the damaged article in the package, also a picture of the delivery slip indicating that the package arrived damaged. Otherwise we will not be able to make a claim to the shipping company, therefore you will not have a claim either.

★Import duties, taxes and any extra charges are not included in the item’s price or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
