Maps are then printed in high saturation ink on 10.3 mil matte paper. We ship the map to you freely in protective tubes and boxes. Most map will ship 2 days from the day you approve the final design.

The custom map came quickly and all of my map prints are great, but the pictures on the site led me to believe that the framed prints would come with a mat and wouldn't just be in a frame the same size as the print. On further review, it's just not clear to me, and clarification on the site could be useful to future customers. I may look to reframe mine with mats in the future, but otherwise good quality prints.
