Due to the high volume of orders we receive each day, we are unable to provide proofs. Our workflow is very meticulous so from the moment the order is placed, our team begins working on it. More often then not, an order has already been made up (sometimes even shipped) by the time a customer requests a proof. If you have any questions regarding one of our products, please message us before placing an order.

Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.

We will gladly reship packages that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time. The customer is also responsible for additional shipping costs when packages are returned to us because of invalid addresses, failed deliveries, shipping issues, etc.

If a customer fails to respond to our attempts to contact them regarding a package that was returned to our shop, it will be discarded after 90 days and we will not remake it. A new order will have to be placed.

We have a very quick turnaround time! All orders are usually made up within 1-2 days, then shipped with either UPS Expedited Mail Innovations for our leather products or UPS SurePost for our boards.

We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. However, if there are shipping delays or other unforeseen delays on your order we do not complimentarily upgrade your shipping speed.

All items in our shop are handmade just for you. Personalized pieces are not eligible for refunds or returns. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product.

If there is a material defect with the piece, we will gladly make you a new one. We stand behind our work and aim to create the highest quality products.

No. Because we receive a high volume of orders and messages every day, it's unlikely that we will see your message before making up your order. We have a very quick turnaround time so we are not able to make changes once an order is placed.

All orders are made and shipped within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada may experience delays due to customs. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or any other international charges.

Delayed or lost packages are outside of our control. UPS does not consider an international package lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update. Only once that happens are we able to file a claim. We will then work with UPS to either refund or replace your order.
