Turnaround: 1-2 weeks

Depending on the size of the order, and what I'm currently working on, turnaround is typically 1-2 weeks. I will do my best to update you as orders develop, and have a better sense of when your order will be completed. Please let me know if there is a strict deadline, or would like to inquire about turnaround time for a specific order, and I will do my best to accommodate. Rush fees are not possible for the paper production. Shipping for this listing is USPS Priority 1-3 days, but I can set up expedited shipping if you need it.

Customization:

Sizes and Quantities: Standard sizes can be purchased through this listing, and you can mix and match deckled, torn, and clean cut edges. Custom sizes and quantities can be accommodated through conversation, and setting up a custom listing.

Color: The natural color of the paper is a warm off-white/ivory. Custom colors are a flat rate of $30 per color, and will be set up through a custom listing. I can pretty much make any color, and can match to a swatch you provide as close as possible, but slight variance is to be expected. All batches will have consistent color piece to piece. Samples:

Before committing to a large order, you may want to test out some samples first. You can mix and match pieces sold individually in the following linked listing, or I can set up a custom order for you. If you are interested in seeing color samples, I do have bits and pieces left over from orders I've done in the past.



Printing:

My Printing Services:

I can provide full service, high quality printing, including digital color and b/w, letterpress, and foil stamping. Turnaround time for printing is two weeks in addition to the turnaround on the paper, so about 4-6 weeks for everything. Rush fees for printing and shipping can be applied. Please send me a message to start the process. The more information you include up front about your project the better.
Some things to include would be:
- sizes, quantities, and edge types for the paper (deckled, torn, clean-cut)
- interest in colors for the paper
- Deadlines
- Files- You can send your files through messenger so I can get an idea for a quote. Mostly will just need to know the size/quantity of prints, desired printing method, if its color or black, to provide a quote. If you want to proceed, I will send you an outline of the file specifications for printing through email.


Printing at home: Handmade cotton rag paper like this produces beautiful results with a variety of printmaking methods, but for those of us wanting to print at home on our digital inkjet printers, like most, it's daunting considering trying to run this paper through our home printers. The first time I tried printing on this paper at home, I was pleasantly surprised it went through a front feed printer, and produced a crisp print! Many of my customers print on their ink jets at home, so it's likely it will work for you, but the best way to know for sure is to test out a small quantity first before committing to anything big.



About the paper:

It is a cotton and abaca blend handmade paper around 120 gsm. It is archival, meaning the paper is acid free, and won't yellow over time. It responds well to both wet and dry media, such as marker, pen, pencil, charcoal, watercolor, and printmaking. I've even printed on it through my computer printer. It is textured, but still allows for a crisp line and clear handwriting when using a fine tip marker or pen.
