This necklace is composed of a 13mm disc, which is hand stamped with a larger "Mother Bird" motif, and is accompanied by a smaller, 9.5mm size disc that is stamped with a smaller "Baby Bird" version.

The discs are textured around the edges for extra sparkle and interest.

The charms float along a dainty, yet durable cable chain that shimmers with every twist and turn.

The clasp is a lobster claw closure, flanked by teeny pearl beads for an elegant finishing touch.

****Our silver jewelry is made with .925 sterling silver wire, chain and clasps. Nickel free and will never chip, flake, change color or cause skin irritations. Safe to wear every single day. Most of the charms and components are 100% sterling silver as well. Silver loves to be worn and is safe to wear in water but should not come in contact with harsh chemicals. Sterling silver is prone to tarnish over time. There is nothing that will completely prevent tarnishing, but we do the best we can to help our customers minimize it on their jewelry by including the anti-tarnish storage bag and polishing cloth with your order.

****Our gold jewelry is made with 14k gold filled chain, wire and clasps. The term gold filled means that it is a solid layer of pure gold(14k), bonded to a base metal such as brass, but wears like solid gold. It is not recommended to be worn in water. It is still hypo-allergenic, nickel free and will never chip, flake, change color or cause skin irritations. Some of our designs may incorporate components from a third party that are bronze, or a vermeil style gold plate. This is 40 micro inches of 98.5% pure gold plated over sterling silver with a fine layer of nickel in between and finished with a nano-polymer coating to protect the surface and repel oxidation. This will be the same for our rose gold products. If you have a question about metals used in a certain design, please ask!

Absolutely ALL of our products leave our shop in sturdy gift boxes and our signature wrap. We also send along care instructions, a storage baggie and a handy polishing cloth for general maintenance of your jewelry. There is an option for our more formal "Black Tie" gift wrap which includes a black box, satin ribbon and die cut tags for a nominal upcharge.

**What is gold fill?: Gold filled jewelry is NOT the same as gold plate. Gold filled jewelry contains a much higher amount of pure gold than plated products. Gold filled jewelry is wearable for a lifetime, while gold plating will wear away over time with consistent use. Gold filled jewelry is a safe option for those who have metal allergies. Gold filled jewelry is nickel free.
**Is your silver jewelry sterling silver?: YES! We sell sterling silver and gold filled jewelry, unless otherwise noted within the listing, in an effort to offer the highest quality, sustainable products that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.

Love the necklace! My youngest daughter bought one for me as a gift and I bought one for my oldest daughter (who kept complimenting it) for her birthday. She has a daughter also. The shipping did take awhile, not sure what happened but it eventually arrived. I would order again.
