All jewelry items come in a gift box ready for gifting. If you purchase multiple items they will come shipped in one box unless noted that the order is a gift at checkout. Gift notes may be left at checkout and will come on a custom gift card. If you specific Gift a ribbon will be added to the box.

Sterling silver will tarnish and the speed at which it does depends on product care, chemicals it comes in contact with and the environment it's stored. Do not leave silver in humid places. Here are several way that work to polish silver.

1. Dish soap and warm water for light tarnishing and to bring back shine.

2. Sunshine Polishing Cloths to rub off tarnish is a quick easy method. These can be found on Ebay.

3. Midas Silver Tarnish - Off is a liquid dipping solution that works fast and removes heavy tarnish or hard to reach creviced areas.

4. DIY Home Remedy: Place silver in a Aluminum tin baking pan or foil, pour baking soda over it and then hot water. May need to repeat. Check out You Tube for instructions.

International shipping time is normally 7-14 days. Some countries are able to track packages to your door. In many cases the tracking is only to your customs border. In the rare case that a package is lost we will not be responsible once it shows it has been delivered to your country. You will need to work with your local customs office.
