A motivation game to make dressing time fun and enjoyable for kids AND parents (and ideally, make it more effective).
The goal is to motivate the child to dress up by dressing up a paper character at the same time. He add a cloth on his body, so he can add the same cloth on the paper character.
For example ; If he just put his pants on (or if he let you put them on), he can put the paper pants on the sheet with the paper character ☺ And so on! Up to a complete dressing without battle (or almost)!
There's a girl and a boy version with indoor, bedtime, fall and winter clothing.
Print the sheets. Uou have the choice of coloring them yourself, having them colored by your child or using them black'n white. I strongly recommend you to laminate it before use, to extend its life and it is easier to use it as well. Then cut out all the clothes and accessories and keep the sheet with the character ar a board.
You can use the game on the floor, on a table or hang it on the wall (ideally near where your child dresses).
You can add velcros at the back of the various clothes and accessories. At home, we simply opted for small squares of sticky paper in back of accessories.
