All of our items are shipped in a beautiful branded gift box. We offer gift wrapping at a small fee.

Before purchasing the bracelet we recommend aquiring the correct wrist size. To do this, simply take a tape measure in wrap it skin tight to the wrist. Then round up to the nearest 1/2 of an inch and that would be the comfortable bracelet size as our bracelets are available in half size intervals starting from 5.5 in ending in size 8

We will allow one hassle, question free size exchange within 7 days of purchase. Check the information card that comes with the product, or message us.

Any items purchased up until December 25, can be exchanged up to 90 days after that date, as long as the item is in new, unworn condition. We know it can be difficult to collect the correct size... That's why we extend our exchange policy for the holiday season. Send us a message if you have any questions.

Most of our products are made with real metals like sterling silver or 14k gold. Some items may be rhodium plated as well to prevent tarnishing. Sterling silver though will tarnish over time, try and avoid chlorine with silver as that will immediately tarnish the item. A polishing cloth may bring a slight shine back to the jewelry, although you can always mail the piece back to us for complimentary cleaning anytime in which we will bring the product back to it's new condition, we only ask you pay for shipping. Or feel free to stop by our store if you are in the area.

We can ship anything up until December 23, for it to be delivered before Christmas. We would recommend a more expedited shipping option for guaranteed delivery, this can be selected at check out. This season, we are noticing many delays. We would recommend that you upgrade to FedEx shipping for faster delivery.

We can ship anything to be delivered on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) if you select the overnight shipping method and it is ordered on or before December 23rd.
