Vinyl decals are made to meet the highest standards. Each decal is created with waterproof, weather resistant viny that is rated to last up to 5 years with appropriate care. The decal will be sent to you on one sheet of transfer tape. Every order includes step by step application instructions and premium quality transfer tape for a flawless application process. If applying decals to drinkware, hand wash only. Do not soak or scrub over the design. Please be sure to clean the surface prior to application. The most common cause for non-adherence is not cleaning the surface prior to application. The decals are removable but not reusable. I am not responsible nor will I refund or replace decals that were damaged while attempting to apply.

Standard decal sizes for a 20 oz. Yeti (or comparable tumbler) is 3 inches and for a 30 oz. Yeti (or comparable) is 3.5 inches. This works in most cases for proportionate designs (ones that are round or square). Some designs are longer than they are wide and should be taken into consideration when sizing for you tumbler.

Standard decal size for a iPhone decal is 2 inches or 2.5 inches for a iPhone Plus.

Since all of my items are custom and made to order there are no refunds. Please read all listings carefully before you purchase so you are aware of exactly what you are getting with your purchase and confirm that the name information entered is correct.

ANY custom/personalized order is NOT eligible for a return/refund unless there is error in production or it was damaged in transit.

I do not refund decals that are damaged while the buyer is trying to adhere it. Please review all application instructions carefully before applying.

All drinkware items should be handwashed to protect and extend the life of the decal on the item. These items are NOT dishwasher safe. The only exception to this item is etched glassware which is top-rack dishwasher safe.

If the buyer fails to put the correct shipping address on their order (and it is returned to the seller), the BUYER is responsible for paying the additional shipping charges to reship the package to the correct or updated address. A custom listing for the shipping charges will be sent to you and must be paid before the package is shipped.

Refunds WILL NOT be issued if you (the buyer) inputs a wrong/incorrect/old address and the package is not returned to me. It is the buyers responsibility to review their address and make sure it is correct and up to date before submitting their order.

If your package is marked delivered and you do not have it please contact your local USPS office or call their 1-800 number to track it. They are able to provide GPS coordinates on its delivery. If at the time they are not able to locate it, please file a USPS lost package claim to be reimbursed for your total cost. Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, it is out of my hands for control.

If your shipment arrives with broken or damaged goods, a picture of the damage must be provided along with a picture of the shipment, including the packing material and box, within 7 days of receipt according to USPS tracking. If a buyer fails to provide proper documentation of the damage, a replacement will not be provided.

Orders that are shipped First-Class via USPS are NOT INSURED unless you specifically ask for insurance to be purchased onto your shipping. This means that if you order becomes lost or damaged in transit it is NOT eligible for an insurance claim.

Orders that are sent via Priority Mail via USPS ARE insured and eligible for insurance claims when appropriate.

Proof's will not be provided for orders unless it is a completely custom design. Designing and sending proofs of monograms/names is time consuming and ultimately delays your order waiting for a response. To keep processing times short and get your order to you as quickly as possible, proofs are not provided.
