You will need:
US Size 15, 10.0 mm, 24” Circular Knitting Needles (You may use long straight needles if you’re making a size small)
Lion Brand Yarn "Jeans" Faded Worsted Weight Yarn
Scissors
Tapestry Needle to weave in ends
