EMAILING/TEXTING INVITATIONS (also applies to sharing on social media):

This editable pdf file cannot be emailed as is. The text may not show up at all and the recipient will receive a blank invitation, OR the fonts may be replaced by a default font on the recipient's computer. This will result in a very unprofessional looking invitation. The same thing will happen when sharing on social media, and most do not allow the uploading of pdf files. Therefore, if you would like to email or share your invitation on social media websites, your only options are to:

(A) Take a screenshot of your file and email the screenshot to your guests (this will create a low resolution file only), or
(B) if you have Photoshop, import the edited pdf into photoshop and save it as a jpeg file -- then email the JPEG file, or
(C) Purchase the "JPEG Conversion" add-on. The link can be found below under the "Need a JPEG file?" subheading further down in the description (this will result in a high resolution JPEG file that can be emailed, printed, and/or uploaded).

Please make sure you are able and willing to use one of these methods BEFORE PURCHASING should you be looking to email/upload your invitations instead of printing them.

EDITING:

Editing has to be done on a computer.
You will NOT be able to edit the files on a tablet, ipad or smart phone.
Open and edit in Adobe Reader and easily edit using the simple instruction guide that comes with the purchase.

** Autofill Enabled means you only need to edit one invitation. When you click outside the text box, the other invitation will adjust to match the invite you just edited. Edit as many times as needed before saving.

ACCESSING YOUR FILES:

After your payment is approved by ETSY (5-20 minutes after purchasing if paid via credit card OR by a PayPal payment that is not connected to a bank account) log in to your ETSY account and:

1. Click "Your Account" (top right of ETSY website, NOT the ETSY phone app).
2. Scroll down to "Purchases & Reviews."
3. Click "Download" to the right of the item(s) you purchased.

You cannot download using the ETSY phone app.
To download the files to a mobile phone, use the phone's internet browser to log on to www.etsy.com and then follow the steps above.

Files are not emailed as attachments.

PRINTING:

Before purchasing: If you are not printing this invitation at home, make sure the printer you will be using can accept a PDF file. This item is NOT offered as a jpeg file and some stores, like Walgreens, may not print pdf files. It is your responsibility to check prior to ordering as there are no refunds on instant download purchases. The "JPEG conversion" add-on noted in the "NEED A JPEG FILE?" section above is available to those needing a high resolution JPEG file.

• Files can be printed at home or at any commercial printer that accepts the specified file type & sizes provided.
• Each download can be printed as many times as you need for ONE EVENT ONLY.
• Use quality cardstock paper and your printer's highest "Quality" setting for the best results.
• Matte cardstock is recommended for all items requiring writing.
• Regular copy paper or "Xerox" paper is NOT recommended.
• Colors may print slightly different than they appear on your monitor.
• For more accurate colors, do NOT print out of PREVIEW. Print your files out of actual applications.

NOTE: If you will be using a printing service, it is recommended that you take your files to a printer whose primary service is printing (ie. Minuteman Press) for more accurate colors. It is also recommended that you ask to see a printed proof before printing your entire order.
