The bag comes with a removable long strap, it’s adjustable with a buckle, it measures at the longest point 47,6” / 121 cm, and at the shortest point it measures 39.8 ”/ 101 cm .

-EXTRA SHORT STRAP
The bag comes with a long adjustable strap with a buckle, you also have the option of adding a second short to make the bag more versatile, you can carry both straps at the same time or remove the long strap and place the short one, it is very easy since they both come with a carabiner.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO TREAT THE LEATHER WHEN IT ARRIVES?
The leather es soft with a silky touch and does not need maintenance. It also has a hydrophobic treatment that repels the humidity, you can use your bag everyday and it will retain its shape and texture for a long long time! But if you want you can apply a moisturizing cream type body milk sporadically

First off, I adore my bag! I bought the large zipper w/initials in light beige, and it is exactly what I hoped it would be. In the big picture of purse sizes, this seems more like a medium, so I was glad I read a review that recommended sizing up (or just reading the measurements provided). I placed the order, and the next day it shipped. I received my bag in less than a week shipping from Spain to California--that kind of efficiency feels pretty rare these days.
