I feel badly, but I no issue refunds or send replacements if tracking shows delivered. Warning: NEVER accept a damaged package - by accepting, you release the carrier of its responsibility. -Your order will be sent to the address listed with your Etsy account (unless you request a different address). -Orders are shipped out via Greek postal system, by A priority Registered mail. This shipping option requires a signature for delivery. If you can't sign in person, you can authorize someone else to sign. -If you need a shipping method with guaranteed delivery date you can use express shipping service during checkout. A VALID PHONE NUMBER is required. -You will receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier.

Please note that all plated findings (charms, clasps, beads, chains, jump rings etc) may tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for an extended time, or if they get in contact with alcohol, which is found in perfumes. To preserve longevity, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid spraying perfume near it.

If you made multiple orders - we don't combine them automatically. If you would like them to be combined - please, make a note in Comments to order or via Etsy convos.

- Custom ordered items are not returnable. - Returns for correct order items (not due to mistake on my part) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. How many pieces do I get from a listing?

I always write the quantity information in the title if any item comes in multiple such as 2pc (2 pieces), 5pc (5 pieces) etc. If there is no quantity information in the title it means that; this item is sold individually even if it is photographed as a pair or in multiple quantity.

Only thing wrong with this purchase was the time it took to reach me. I did not realize that Etsy had international suppliers, this one is from Athens Greece, without making it apparent. I will be more careful to check next time. The product was part of a Christmas gift and didn't arrive until the day before. It took 13 days. The product was excellent. Just be sure you have 2 weeks before you need it, if you are in the USA. I would order again as long as the timeline fit.
