We usually ship with Standard international without tracking. If you are worried your order has been lost in the post, please select a shipping upgrade for tracking! If it has been more than 20 working days (North America) or 25 working days (rest of the world) we will send out a replacement no problem. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. I will not replace items sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address you will need to pay additional shipping for it to be resent to the correct address.

Custom and personalised orders

We are a team of two Illustrators run by Tian Yu and Sustai Ulanbaagen, we do accept painting / drawing commissions. Please message us for details. Pricing depends on how much time we spend on each project. Prices can range from $60 USD to $300+ USD

Can you custom made Enamel pins?

Unfortunately, we can't. Pins have to be mass production, we usually have each enamel pin design print minimum of 250 pins at a time.
