What is "Museum Quality"

Refers to high-resolution, colour-accurate prints made with pigment inks on archival paper. These 'Giclée' prints are designed to last at least 100 years without . While the term 'Giclée' is sometimes loosely used, I guarantee your print will meet archival standards. 📜 Archival Paper? This is acid-free, built for longevity. Ensuring your print retains its colour and vibrancy for a minimum of 100 years. I use Hahnemühle PhotoRag, the gold standard for artists' limited edition prints. 💧 What are Pigment Inks? These use fine particles of real pigment suspended in liquid. Once printed on archival paper, the pigment resists fading, unlike mass-produced inks, ensuring the longevity of your artwork.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes, custom sizing and added margins for framing are available. Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements before placing an order. 🖼 Do you offer framing options? Yes, you can choose from several solid wooden frames, or select 'Unframed' for just a print. Framed prints may take an additional 3-5 working days to prepare. 🚀 Can I get expedited printing or shipping? Yes, expedited printing and shipping services are available. Please contact me before purchasing to arrange priority processing and delivery. Additional charges from 30 GBP for expediting orders.

Shipping and delivery

Your print is made-to-order, this typically takes 1-2 working days for production. Then your print is dispatched. Note that tracking is only available with the Upgraded and "Express Shipping" option. There is no tracking on free Budget shipping. 🚚 When will I receive my order? Budget shipping times vary by location, see the estimate in checkout. The fastest option is "Express Shipping" which can reduce delivery to 1-2 days for GB, USA and EU. 💸 Will I need to pay customs or import taxes? Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be applied. Delivery times may be delayed by customs processing, which is outside my control.

In the most unlikely situation wherein your print does not arrive after 20 days I will consider it lost and immediately produce a replacement which will be dispatched to you with "Express Courier" upgrade with no additional charge. 📦 Delivery Tracking Only available on upgraded delivery options. Should you consider purchasing one of my items for delivery to the USA then Etsy will collect tax at the point of sale, I will notify US Customs that this duty has already been paid. This SHOULD minimise any holdups with US customs.

An incredibly detailed old Geological map of Scotland. This is on of the most colourful antique overviews of Scotland from my archives, the original map dates back to 1876. At actual size villages and rivers can be found, some still in existence many have very much changed. it is a beautiful work and covers all of Scotland, from Skye to Inverness, Morayshire down to Edinburgh, Scottish Borders, across to Angus, the Clyde and Glasgow.

We love it and the quality of the print was excellent. Although the packaging was good, the poster was creased and a clear folded line could be seen an inch from the top of the poster. Hence I gave 4*.
