How do I download my digital purchase?

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed by Etsy. Williebees does not confirm your payment, Etsy does. If you pay with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy will send you two different emails: a download notification and a transaction notification. You can also access your digital purchases directly from your ETSY account: 1. Click on “Your Account” 2. Choose “Purchases and reviews” 3. Locate the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) The file(s) will go to your “Downloads” folder. PLEASE NOTE that Etsy does not allow you to download your files from your mobile phone or iPad. You MUST use a desktop computer or a laptop.

How do I download my digital purchase as a guest?

If you make a purchase as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email sent to you after your purchase.

What should I do if I am having difficulty downloading the file with both the download link and from my account?

Send me a message explaining what’s happening and I will be happy to send you the files by email. Please note that they will be sent to the email address that you currently have on file with Etsy. If you prefer for them to be sent to another email address, you must include it in your message.

How do I open a .zip file?

If your files come in a .ZIP folder you will need to unzip or extract them first. Desktop/laptop: you will need to download a free program to open them, such as WINZIP. Phone/iPad: please note that Etsy does not allow you to open .ZIP files on a phone or iPad. You must purchase a free third party app to open them.

My images or previews are blank, white?

If the clipart color is white then it will look blank in the preview image. Once it is opened, you will see the white clipart on a transparent background.

My download says it’s empty, damaged, corrupt or password protected?

Likely, you did not download it properly. Delete the .ZIP file from your computer. Empty your recycle bin as well. Clear your temporary internet files and try again. If you still have problems, send me a message.

What file types and sizes do your products come in?

My file types and sizes vary for each item. Please read the description in the item you are purchasing for these details. You will also see this information in the display pictures of that particular item/product.

How do I choose the right file type for my cutting machine project?

You must know which file type you need prior to making your purchase. It is the customers responsibility to know their own machines. SVG files are scalable vector graphic files. They are going to be the most commonly used file for cutting machines. They can be resized and not lose their integrity or become pixelated. PNG Files are portable network graphic files. They are good for print and cut designs. Most times they have a transparent background. If you find they have a background, you can use the background remover tool in Cricut Access. DXF Files are Drawing Exchange Format Files. They are vector graphics, similar to SVG. They are able to be formatted and used in the free version of Silhouette Studio.

How do I upload an SVG file to Cricut Design Space?

1. Log in to Design Space 2. Click the Create New Project button 3. Click the Upload Image button 4. Click the Upload image button 5. Click the Browse button and locate the SVG file that you want to import

How do I upload files to Silhouette Studio?

Check which version of Studio is available on your PC. It is up to the customer to know their own machines. If it’s the free version that came with your machine, this is the Basic Edition, and you must use the DXF files. If you paid for the upgrade, you have the Designer Edition and you can use SVG files.
