How long is processing time if an item is in stock?

Times do vary. Right now current production time is 4 -8 weeks.

What if an item is not in stock? What is the processing time?
Possibly 4-8 weeks.

Can I get a refund on a custom made item?

Every situation is different. I try my very best to fix the situation. However if you have ordered a custom-made item, I do not know how an item is worn by the consumer(I tend to be hard on my Jewelry) . Please know that any custom-made item is not subject to a refund. It may be subject to a exchange of equal value of that item that is purchased.

What if a accent stone falls out?

No worries. If it's been less than 90 days of shipping (plus 1 week for travel), then you can send your item back and I will replace a stone for you with no charge.

If its been after 90 days, feel free to still send it back to me. I will replace the stone. The cost is $45, shipping will be free in the USA.

Your Memorial Ash Stone has a warranty for one 1 year after your shipping date.

I made a purchase and I would like to cancel my order for a full refund.

If you placed your order before your custom item has started being designed and is in production, then you can have a full refund. Once you place your order, I immediately start the design process. So, please do not delay your communication. Once it is in production, I will not accept returns.

If I haven't received your ashes within one month of your purchase, no returns are allowed.

If the item you choose is in stock and not special ordered, you make choice a different item.

Please clean your precious item carefully with a very soft fine tooth brush and cold water. If you have a genuine opal please do not use water to clean.

Any item plated will eventually wear off. I highly recommend purchasing a solid metal. I am not responsible for the replating.

Unfortunately not. Once your item has been made, it has been set into your setting and any type of heat or possible chemical may hurt the item. Your warranty is completely void If you alter your item anyway. If your item needs alterations, please contact me to discuss.

Sterling Silver is a soft metal. Stones and Prongs can break more easily than gold.

Anytime I use your loved ones or loved pets ashes it is considered a custom item. I will evaluate the situation to find a solution. Custom items will not be refunded. There maybe times when you can pick out a different item at an equal price as long as your custom item isn't in production.
