Delivery terms are indicative, the seller is not responsible for changing the delivery terms of delivery companies.
I always ship via registered mail to make my customers sure I have shipped their orders. When package is delivered to my post office and is tracked there, I cannot hold any responsibility for its way, especially if it left Lithuanian territory.
International shipping usually takes up to 3-4 weeks but sometimes it may take a bit longer. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Holidays shipping takes even longer.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
In the case of a return or exchange, all shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs (shipping costs, customs fees, etc.) incurred for returning items must be paid by the person returning the items.
I am not responsible for items lost during shipping. I do not reimburse for lost packages. If you would like shipping insurance, you must contact me prior to purchasing your item.
Second Shipping
In case the package returns to seller as undeliverable or unclaimed (not full or incorrect information was given, such as wrong or not full address, no phone number for the expedited shipping, etc.), a second shipping charge will apply. If a customer refuses to pay for the second shipping, the order will be canceled, and 70% refund for the item will be provided for the customer. Seller reserves the right to retain the value of the materials used in production (at least 30% of the item value). Shipping cost for the first shipping will not be returned. If the item was shipped with free shipping option - shipping expenses will be deducted from the value of item. No refund for custom made / made to order items.
I issue a refund when I receive the parcel back, or post office confirms, that the parcel is lost.
