Occasionally, users SVG files are also known as "Chrome HTML documents"
If you do not see an SVG file but you do see a "Chrome HTML Document" use the "Chrome HTML Document"

All files in the shop are included in the "Whole Shop Download" except for the the printable lists (chore charts, grocery lists, ect.).

Also, files are regularly added, if you purchase the "Whole Shop Download" and the next day files are added to the shop, those files will not be included with your order. Only files that are currently in the shop are included in the "Whole Shop Download"

Occasionally, SVG files are uploaded into Design Space at 0.11 inches. At first glance it looks like an empty canvas but the design actually imports very small.

If this happens you will need to find the design on the canvas and adjust the size.

Cricut has not come up with a solution to this issue, this is not a file issue.

After downloading your purchased files you will need to extract/unzip the files before use.

Silhouette users
Open the SVG (or DXF if you do not have designer edition)
From there you will want to add cut lines by adding an "offset" to the outer shape.
Then go to "view"
Choose "design page settings"
Turn registration marks on
Re-size image to be within registration marks
Print with home printer
Cut with Silhouette

Cricut users
Use the "wand" to go around the outer edge of the shape
"Flatten" to only cut the outside
Upload as "Print and Cut"

There are no TTF (True Type Fonts) sold by EllJayDesigns.

True Type Fonts are fonts that you upload, install and type using the "add text tool"
