No. Tracking is offered by Canada Post, and can be added to your order, but I do not automatically include it on every order due to high cost. If you wish to add it, select the 'with tracking' option when checking out, and any shipping overages over $2 will be issued once your item has shipped.

Yes! As long as it's not personalized with a name, I will accept a return on custom work. The item must be sent back within 3 days of receiving it, unused, clean, in new condition, pet and smoke free. Once I receive the item and inspect it, a refund will be sent your way.

Everything in my shop can be washed with cold water in laundry with like colours, and tumble dried on low.

Top-hats should be air dried if possible, this helps the hat re-shape and keep its form.

For any hats with hair (like my lions mane hats), it's best to wash in cold water by hand and let it air dry. This will help the yarn stay together.
