Felt is a flexible material therefore the slippers will soon adapt to the shape of your feet. After wearing them for a few days they will just slip cosily onto your feet. When they get dusty, remove the dust using a vacuum cleaner or adhesive tape. The slippers can be washed by hand in a lukewarm water with soap or in the washing machine at a low cycle (wool program!) using a very gentle soap for wool. Before washing, remove any dust using a vacuum cleaner. Because wool might shrink a little, after washing put wet slippers on your feet so they reshape to your feet. Then take them off and let them dry. To keep the shape you can also stuff a soft plastic bag

Gift wrapping and packaging

We try to minimise packaging therefore only use tissue paper, a box and a plastic bag in a wet / cold season to prevent damage. If you mark that the item is a gift and leave a gift message, we buy a celebration card, write the words by hand and send it together with the item purchased.

I though the insoles were going to be rough but they were actually really nice and soft. True to size, just as described, overall would definitely recommend, the only con is how long the delivery took, but of course it is from Lithuania and I live the US, so quite far.

The inserts are nice and thick. Very cushioned. Well made. I wish I just would have got aSize up, as my foot is a little longer than the insert. However the slippers I ordered were perfectly sized.
