We reply to messages during our normal business hours but weekends, evenings and holidays are by availability. If you send a message over the weekend we will get back to you first thing on Monday!

Shipping During the Holidays

We encourage you to get your order in ASAP during the holidays. Shipping times with USPS are extended. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2-9 days for delivery and Priority shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 days. Please plan accordingly as we are not responsible for items not arriving on time once we hand them over to USPS.
