We all make mistakes from time to time but as they are downloads, the pattern would have been sent to you by etsy immediately, so the transaction of goods has already been made. If this is ever the case, please contact us with your order number and we will offer you a substitute design amounting to the same value or if there is no design you would like right away, bare this in mind and contact us when there is. We will personally send the design over to your email address. There will be a history of purchases and messages so we can check easily to see how much it is for. We will do our best to help.

This Embroidery Design is not a finished product.

It is a digital file for use with an embroidery machine.

The Zipped file you will receive will contain PES, JEF, VIP, HUS, VP3, DST, EXP & XXX options. Please keep the format you need and delete the rest saving your computer memory from being clogged with files you do not need

All of my designs are designed by myself and then stitched out by me and my testers so we can iron out any creases before putting them up for sale
