IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PRINT ANY "GLOW" PAGE WITH A LASER PRINTER or through a printing service. Ink jet ink is costly and heavy black ink will potentially smear. A laser print on appropriate stock is recommended for wet media such as watercolor, heavy gel pen use, or inks. Colored pencils and crayons will work with most any paper, however for use with markers and gel pens, it is recommended that you print on card stock with a gsm of at least 120.
Adult coloring is a therapeutic activity – it allows us to relax and rebalance our energy and focus. Coloring helps people of all ages find a common interest and does wonders for stress and anxiety. Try coloring with your friends and family.
