WARNING 1. This shop expects a customer to track delivery themselves and reply to their email as they expect, otherwise they would be unable to deliver the goods. 2. They would cancel an order as they wish and do not respect what a customer want.

Response from Barbary Bay

We're very disappointed to see this review after we worked very hard to resolve the issue, including issuing a full refund. When we first learned of a delivery issue, we reached out 5 times to the buyer to get more info. The buyer took many days to respond, and so the courier returned the package to us. We then offered to reship the order, at our expense, to an alternate address. The buyer refused. Next we offered a full refund, or the option to reship the item using a different carrier. We received no response until three days later when the buyer sent us hostile, aggressive, and condescending threats. We always treat our customers with the utmost respect. And when we feel abused or we suspect fraud, we will swallow our pride, apologize to the customer, and promptly issue a refund. We did so in this case.
