Materials: Ceramic

This ceramic cheese and cracker serving set was made by rolling out a slab of white stoneware clay and laying over a form (a glass dish I picked up at the thrift store). The pattern in the glass dish transferred to the clay giving it a carved look. The edges were allowed to fold and drape naturally with a flared rim. Glazed in a shiny cobalt blue with pale white speckles on each end. About 12" long end to end and 6" across with about 2" across at the bottom. Varying from 2-2.25" tall. The small bowl is 6” across.

Non toxic glaze is food safe and dishwasher/microwave safe. Use this dramatic dish set for serving up crackers or bread sticks, olives, rolls. Charchuterrie or cheese and crackers will look delicious in this set! Makes a stunning display piece when not in use.

So beautifully smooth and heavy. I plan to put non skid fabric on the bottom and it should set securely on my leg or next to me on the couch while spinning.
