What do I do if some or all files are ZIP files?

If some or all of your files are ZIP files, you just have to unzip them before opening and printing, using a desktop computer or a laptop. If you use a PC, to unzip right click on the downloaded ZIP file with your mouse and select "Extract All", "Extract Here" or "Extract Files". Mac users can simply double click to open. ZIP files are NOT compatible with smartphones or tablets.

How to download digital files?

Use desktop computer or laptop to download the file(s). Do not use phones or tablets. If you place order through your Etsy account - your files are available for download from the moment you have purchased. Files are here on your Etsy account and you can find them by clicking on "You" and then select "Purchases and reviews" and files are there ready for download. You can also get there through this link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases?ref=hdr_user_menu-txs If you place order as a guest, meaning you are not logged in to your Etsy account or you do not have Etsy account - then Etsy will send email which will contain link to download the file(s) so just in case check in SPAM folder.
