Do you know when my item will arrive?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All items are as standard sent out as economy post without tracking unless this is added at checkout. The estimated shipment times are as follows. North America & Canada: 1-4 weeks, UK: 2 to 5 days, Europe: 1-3 weeks, Rest of World 1 to 5 weeks. I’m unable to assist with lost packages until the estimated shipping times are passed. If you need tracking, please select this shipping option when you check out.

Can items be customized?

I’m able to customize many of the items I make. You should find a number of options already listed on each product page but if you need something else please contact me. You can also look at the add on items in the Add On section.

I often have on stock or can source quickly additional parts needed to make multiple items. Please contact me with the details of the item you require – I will try to respond quickly to any such requests!

Do you offer combined shipping costs?

Total shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the country and shipping option selected. In general you should find just a small addition in cost for each additional item. If you require 10+ items please contact me so I can work out the best shipping price possible.

Can items be engraved?

Currently we are not able to offer engraving but it is something that we are looking into and hope to be able to offer soon!

My item hasn't arrived, how do I check the status?
