How will I receive the product?

USA: the shipping usualy takes less than 2 weeks, but can take up to 4 weeks. In case your product isn't deliwered within 4 weeks, please, contact us! EU: shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks. In case your product isn't delivered after 2 weeks, please, contact us! International (except EU and USA): the shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks. In case your product isn't delivered after 4 weeks, please, contact us!

Do you offer returns?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: due to the nature of digital purchases, we do not offer returns of these product. In case you have any troubles with the downloaded file, please, contact us and we will try to resolve it ASAP PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Yes. Within 30 days of item receipt, you can return like- brand new products for a full refund. Contact us to start the process. Blind returns not accepted (fees for the return- shipping is not included). In case of a return you may be eligible of a restocking fee.

What happens, if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please, double check your provided name and address. If you notice the error before we have shipped the order, please, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order, so you can place a new one with correct address. In case we already shipped it out, we are not responsible for any incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrectly provided address and/or name of recipient. In this case you are not eligible for a refund.

Can I receive a refund?

1) Yes, if you received a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) and you can send it back to us for a refund or replacement. 2) For non-used items - you can send it back to us and receive a refund for 45 days after receipt. The refund will be issued after we will receive the item back to us. 3)If you did not receive the item (e.g. it got lost in the mail) contact us within 60 days since the order day. After 60 days, unfortunately, you won't be eligible for a refund.

In case you wish to send back an item and/or receive a replacement item, a restocking fee may be reducted from your original order. This fee includes various costs like handling and shipping (even, if the original order included free shipping).
