To order the correct size, measure the wrist with flexible measuring tape, add extra room for a comfortable wear. If you don't have a measuring tape , you can use a piece of string and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.If you have questions or would like a custom size, please do not hesitate to send me a message.

In order to measure your foot, please follow the next steps: -You take a piece of paper. -You seat in a chair if you measure your foot by self. Otherwise if someone else takes the measures of your foot, standing is better. -You place your foot on the piece of paper in front of you. -With a pencil, trace around your foot. Hold the pencil as straight up-and-down as possible while measuring and be sure that your pencil remains in constant contact with your foot during this process. -Measure your foot length with a ruler. Please take the measurements from at the tip of the LONGEST toe and at the back of the heel. Note: -It is better to measure your foot at the end of day because then the feet are largest
