All items, within the UK are shipped Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class.

For international orders I use International Track and Signature Services where available (tracked only for Australia and some other countries as they do not do tracked and signed for) but please take into account that delivery times vary and may take weeks depending on how various postal services work.

Many different processes are involved for different items you will find throughout my page. My hand stamped items are individually stamped by me using letter and/ or design stamps and a hammer! Therefore, there may be variations in angle or spacing of the letters. My etched items are etched using various chemicals and are all individually done so depending on things like time of the etch, metal used ect there may be slight variations from one piece to the next. Similarly with the enamelled pieces colours and textures may be slightly different from one piece to the next. All these should not be looked at as a flaw but adds to the unique look of each piece of jewellery, making no two pieces ever the same and yours individually.
Will my jewellery tarnish? It depends entirely on which metals are being used in your piece. Stainless steel and aluminium are both hypo allergenic so totally safe on even the most sensitive skin and they will not tarnish. Sterling silver will tarnish over time as well as copper and brass metals. Tarnish is a natural oxidation process and does not permanently damage the metal. The tarnish will collect on the surface of the jewellery and just needs to be rubbed gently with the polishing cloth that we included in your package.
Other care instructions: with many of the items you will receive care instructions but here is an overview. Keep your jewellery dust and dirt free, and to prevent unwanted oxidation or tarnishing, store your pieces in a jewellery box with the lid closed (or a zip lock bag). Remember to apply your hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics before putting your jewellery on. Remove your jewellery when swimming, showering/bathing and when sleeping.
Be aware that by the nature of the beast, metal stacked on top of metal and items with crystals and or charms added can cause scratching and scuffing over time. Wear and tear through every day use will also have an effect on key ring and other similar items.
