We ship our orders with Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all DOMESTIC SHIPPING. This usually takes around 2-5 working days to be delivered.

All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent via Royal Mail international standard. This usually takes around 5-14 working days for Europe and 14-30 working days for rest of the world. These shipping methods do not provide a tracking number. The timings are an estimation.

Any delay at the destination countries are beyond our control. Weather, customs, heavy work load during holiday or sales season and other factors may delay the delivery up to 6 weeks.

Your order will be shipped to your ETSY address. Please make sure to check that your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for any undelivered orders due to incorrect address or unpicked up orders and there might be a shipping fee charged to ship it again.

An undelivered item will be declared lost after 35 calendar days have passed from the shipping day for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Any claims for refunds must be made within 3 months from the shipping day of your item. We will not accept any claims for refunds, exchanges or returns after 3 months have passed from the shipping day.

Jewellery can be made in any length free of charge as long as necessary materials are available. You only have to leave the measurement I will need in the "note for seller".

For necklaces : Measure your favourite necklace or use a piece of thread layered around your neck and measure it on a ruler.

For bracelets : Wrap a flexible tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear the bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. That is the measurement I will need in "note for seller". If you don’t have a measuring tape you can use a cord and lie it flat on a ruler. I will add extra room for a comfortable fit. There is no need for measurement if you plan to buy macramé bracelet.

Silver and gold plated items have a very thin coating of pure silver/gold over other metals. All gold/silver plated findings (charms, pendants, clasps, beads, chains, jump rings etc) may tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for an extended time, or if they get in contact with alcohol, which is found in perfumes.

To preserve longevity, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid spraying perfume or alcohol based boy lotion near it. If it tarnishes over time (all metals except gold will do so) you can easily polish it with a jeweler's polishing cloth.

Plastic zip-top bags are the best container to use to store your jewelry.

Any change of colour can also be made by sending me a convo so I can send you all the colours available. Charms and pendants can also be changed upon request too, as long as I have available items to replace with.

All jewelry are packed in a handmade cotton bag ready for a gift so if you want me to include a gift note please leave me your message in the "Notes to seller" text box at checkout, and I will place it nicely in the bag.

We do not accept returns of customized items but please contact us to try and solve any issues with your purchase.

If you're a non EU buyer please note that you are responsible for the payment of charges, duties and taxes levied by your home government for importing items from the UK. In addition, the mail carrier may impose a handling fee for any items subject to these charges.

Items that they're described at my shop as silver plated with black patina are metals plated with fine silver at least 99.9% pure silver which means it is softer and more malleable than sterling. It also tends to take longer to tarnish.
Moreover, a patina is an oxidation that takes place on a metal surface. Patinas often form naturally by long exposure, but can also be created artificially for an antiqued look.

As you know there are many types of materials for jewelry pieces. Zamak is a mix alloy of zinc aluminium magnesium and copper that is dipped in silver. It is part of die-casting manufacturing and it has higher aluminium levels than any other alloy.
Ideal for jewelry because with the passage of time is not damaged, you may lose some luster but does not deteriorate or is aged with use unlike other materials.
Compared to silver, Zamak besides being cheaper is not dirty with use and compared to metal, Zamak no breaks or gets ugly with the passage of time, is lighter than steel and almost has the same resistance.
This does not mean that there do not care for it, but it is more durable and attractive than other materials.

Etsy started collecting and remitting Washington/Pennsylvania state sales tax on behalf of all sellers selling to Washington/Pennsylvania buyers, per new WA/PA state legislation.
Etsy clarifies, with standalone Paypal orders, the sales tax is charged to the buyer and included in the payment you receive in your Paypal account. Etsy places an equal charge on our monthly bill to recoup the sales tax that was charged to the buyer. Then, Etsy is required to submit to the State of Washington/Pennsylvania.

- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges in a period of 10 calendar days from the day of shipping for domestic orders and 25 days from the day for international orders.
- If you want to return any item, please contact us before posting it. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and 10% of the item price will be deducted from the refund to cover Etsy’s & Paypal's processing costs. The items must be in their original condition. If there are any noticeable signs of wear the the refund might be less than the original price. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.
