PRODUCT OPTIONS
- Choose a one-time use stencil if you want to paint the design onto your project surface (you can use a variety of decorative mediums such as chalk marker, gel stains, or glass etching cream with these stencils as well).
- Choose a decal if you are decorating a wall, a glass/mirror, or if you simply want something less permanent. Decals will work on sanded wood as long as the paint or stain is fully cured.
- Step-by-step application instructions are included with every order, along with tips for specific stencil projects.

SIZE
All designs are approximately 1 inch smaller than the selected size. If you need a specific size, order the closest size up and then use the NOTE TO SELLER at checkout to specify the exact DESIGN size needed. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us with the details of your project and we will gladly help you out.

PROCESSING TIME
We strive to get your design out as quickly as possible. A member of our team will contact you via ETSY MESSAGES within 24-48 hours with a proof of your design based on the personalization details you provide. Total processing time is generally 3 business days.

SHIPPING
$3.95 Standard Shipping through USPS--FREE with a $35+ order. Upgraded shipping options are available, however, choosing them does not change the 3-day processing time. If you need something quickly, please send us a message so we can determine if it's possible to get it to you in time.

STORE POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be sent by 9 pm (PST) on the day the order is placed. Once an order is in the personalization process, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of DIY Design Company stencils, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to measure your project space carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or concerns about what size to order or how our vinyl products work, please send us a message prior to placing your order—we will be more than happy to help make sure you get exactly what you need!

SHIPPING ISSUES
Should a package arrive late or in damaged condition, we will send a replacement or
issue store credit. The following timelines are from the date of shipment:
Standard Shipping (not guaranteed by USPS) - 2-6 days, considered late after 10 days
Priority Shipping (not guaranteed by USPS) - 2-3 days, considered late after 10 days
Express Shipping (guaranteed by USPS) - 1-2 days, considered late after 2 days

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We understand with all the variables that go into a DIY project, sometimes things don’t work out quite as planned. We will work with you to determine the cause of the problem and send a discounted replacement if necessary.
