We do not accept returns but we do accept even exchanges (ex- same product design and color, different size). Additional charges may apply.

To initiate an exchange, the buyer must contact the seller within 1 week of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 2 weeks of delivery. Once received, item(s) will be inspected. If they're in original condition - unwashed, unworn, undamaged - the exchange will be processed. Depending on order volume, exchanges can take up to 2 weeks before shipping. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping both ways.

Processing time is the time it takes for me to make your item BEFORE it ships. All orders are made-to-order so please allow 1-2 weeks for processing time.

Both shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed -
First Class Mail = 2-5 days
Priority Mail = 1-3 days

We like to under-promise and over-deliver so we often ship before the estimated timing provided BUT if you need this sooner than stated above, please reach out ASAP!

In most instances, we are willing and able to meet customer time constraints but please understand that you may be asked to purchase the rush order listing if you need a super fast turnaround.

Purchasing the rush order will bump you ahead of my current pending orders and ensure that your order is shipped out in 3 days or fewer (please also factor in an estimated 1-3 days for priority shipping via USPS).

Please understand that sometimes the USPS (or other delivery systems) experience delays that are beyond my control. The best I can do is promise a ship-by date. Once shipped, it's in the hands of the USPS.

Sometimes, the tracking information Etsy provides is limited and you may need to visit the actual USPS website for more specifics. Tracking information may also take a while to update as USPS does not always scan packages or update tracking information in real time. If you have any concerns about the arrival of your package, please contact me.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors and delivery person and then reach out to me. Options are limited in these instances but I am happy to try and help!

Despite careful packaging, sometimes items are damaged during transit. Although unfortunate, the seller cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on the part of the USPS or damage done while opening a package. If your package was insured, please reach out and I will help you file a claim. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items damaged by the buyer or USPS.

To keep shipping costs low, we use mainly USPS First Class Mail. At times, due to timing or size of packages, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need something quicker than USPS offers or you simply prefer another mailing service, reach out to us. We will get you all set up!

We offer thousands upon thousands of styles and colors for apparel in the shop. If you see a design you love but would like to change up the colors, shirt style, or anything else, please send us a message prior to placing your order. Most often, we can accommodate your request!

When ordering multiples of the same item, please update the quantity using the dropdown menu.

When ordering a set of shirts containing different sizes/styles, please select your sizing and other preferences from the dropdown menu(es). Then, add each item to your cart one at a time. Once everything is in your cart, you can check out all at once!

Please keep in mind that everything is handmade. Size and placement of designs may vary slightly. There may also be slight variations in the color of apparel between infant/toddler/youth/adult sizing.

Due to my order volume, I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, if you'd like to include a note to your recipient, you will have that option upon checkout. Your note will be included inside your package, exactly as you leave it at checkout.

We do occasionally have sales in the shop. Most often, they are spontaneous and not planned. Ongoing, we have free shipping on orders of $35+ and 10% off when purchasing 4 or more items in the shop. We do offer bulk discounts as well. If you are purchasing 10 or more t-shirts or 30 or more can coolers with the exact same design, please contact us directly.

Custom orders and orders where processing time is shortened are often exempt from sales.
