Packaging:
Items are packaged on presentation cards, wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a white postal box sealed with decorative tape. If you are purchasing several items they make be sent together on one packaging card. If any items are gifts or you would prefer them on individual packaging cards please just add a note in the 'note to seller' box at checkout.

Processing time:
🎀 All items are handmade by me and take 5-7 days to be despatched.
🎀 Rush order upgrades are usually available for an additional £3 and are shipped within three days. This service is sometimes unavailable in busy periods or over bank holidays.

There are three postal options available: ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS or ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS SIGNED: Both services have an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days. I obtain proof of postage for both services but should you require tracking please upgrade to signed for shipping.
ROYAL MAIL GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY: this is only available for delivery Monday-Friday and turnaround times before shipping still apply.

🎀 International orders:
There are two shipping options available:
ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL STANDARD shipping which is an untracked service and does not come with tracking or ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED and SIGNED. Both services have an estimated delivery time frame of 7-10 working days but can sometimes take longer. I obtain proof of postage for both services but should you require tracking please upgrade to tracked and signed postage. Please note, this service may also require a signature.

🛑 🌲 🎅 Royal Mail’s last recommended posting dates for Christmas:
U.K. 16th December
International: 5th December
If you require items for Christmas please ensure you place your order at least two working days before last recommended postal dates. Please note that these are RECOMMENDED last postal dates only. Royal Mail aim to deliver items shipped by this date in time for Christmas but they are not GUARANTEED to reach you in time for Christmas.

Delays:
There are currently delays due to Royal Mail strikes and customs issues. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a U.K. item lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date and does not consider international orders lost until 20 days after the expected delivery date.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
