TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the provider (Anika Martens) via the website www.etsy.com.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The object of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By posting a product on Etsy, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions specified in the item description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system. By sending the order via the corresponding button ("buy it now", "pay now", etc.), you declare the legally binding acceptance of the offer.

§ 3 Custom-made / Individually Designed Goods
(1) You shall provide us with the information, texts, or files required for the individual design via the online ordering system or e-mail immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
(2) You agree not to transmit any data whose content violates the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, trademarks) or violates existing laws. You indemnify us from all claims made by third parties in this context.
(3) We do not check the transmitted data for accuracy and assume no liability for errors.
(4) If specified in the offer, you will receive a digital proof/draft, which you must check immediately. We will not execute the design until you have given your explicit approval in text form.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
(1) You can only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 5 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
(2) As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness and obvious defects and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible.

§ 6 Choice of Law
(1) German law shall apply. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn.
(2) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) expressly do not apply.

4. Specifics of our Products:

4.1. Handiwork: All items are purely handmade. If a customer error occurs during the ordering process (e.g., incorrect personalization), we cannot be held responsible.

4.2. Care Instructions for Rings: Rings should not be worn during manual labor or cleaning. Wood is a natural product; natural variations in grain and color (especially in light woods like maple or birch) are not defects but a sign of authenticity.

4.3. Engravings: As engravings are done by hand, we cannot guarantee 100% centering (deviations of 2-6mm are possible).

CANCELLATION POLICY & WITHDRAWAL FORM
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right, you must inform us (Anika Martens, Amselweg 6, 91747 Westheim, info@wildwood24.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than our standard delivery). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for:

Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., custom engravings, personalized boards).

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g., earrings, piercings).
