What are your business hours?

Our shop is open Monday-Friday 9am-7pm CST. Orders/correspondence will be processed during that time. We observe all national holidays.

Does my design include any custom color or design changes?

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, there are no custom word or color changes.

Will the color of my design vary from what I see on my screen?

Possibly. Due to the variations between screen resolutions on an individual's computer monitor, hand-held device, tablets, and printer/ink/paper quality...colors may vary on your final printed product. We STRONGLY suggest printing a sample of your design at the place you will be having them printed at, PRIOR to requesting the final design.

Can instant downloads be customized?

No. All instant downloads are just that, instant. They come exactly as shown in the listing, and are non-editable. If you would like one of our instant download designs customized, please contact us prior to placing an order. A fee will be charged for most customizations.

I'm not able to download the files to my phone. Can you email them to me instead?

No. Digital files on Etsy are too large to download them onto a phone. Currently Etsy does not offer a download option in your purchase history on their mobile app for this very reason. Once you have made your purchase you will need to log into Etsy on a desktop or laptop to download your files. You can download them from the link provided in the automated email from Etsy or you can log in and go to your purchase history and download them. You will see a black button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD. Click on that and it will take you to the file from that order.

Can you send me a proof before I purchase?

I'm sorry, I do not offer proofs before purchase. The design process begins once you have placed your order.

DIGITAL ORDERS: How will I receive and print my files?

Custom files will be emailed to you in a high resolution, 300 dpi JPG format (unless otherwise noted). Listings marked as instant download can be downloaded immediately upon cleared payment by following the directions listed here https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 Printing can be done anywhere that prints JPGs (Walgreens, Staples, etc). Please confirm that you are printing the same size that you ordered. If given the option, choose matte instead of glossy and do not choose color correction.

Why did I get a shipping notice if my item is digital?

After I email your personalized file to the email address you have provided, I will mark your order complete. In doing so, Etsy sends a "shipping" notice to you. In this notice you will find a note prompting you to look in your email for your file. This shipping notice does not mean that your item is coming in the mail, it only means you need to check your email to download your digital file.

How long do I have to make changes to my invitation?

Corjl (edit yourself) invitations can be edited for up to 30 days or until you approve your proof and mark your order complete. After that no changes can be made.
