I do not recommend swimming, showering, sleeping or bathing whilst wearing jewellery. It may damage the beads and metal component parts and will shorten the lifespan of the product. About the bracelets with a clasp: Please use the clasp when you put on or remove the bracelet - do not remove and put the bracelet in the fastened condition!

All orders are shipped with a tracking number All shipments to the USA with Standard Delivery are shipped with customs duties prepaid - DDP I am not responsible: - for undelivered shipments if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete address. - for delayed shipments due to customs, weather problems and natural disasters, strikes, holidays, and other extraordinary events. - for unclaimed shipments - even though I have sent messages to the recipient that the item must be picked up by the local post office (due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or for some other reason). In this case, after the shipment is returned and received by the seller, the buyer will receive a refund without the postage or have to pay for the re-delivery

Discounted Delivery For Multiple Items

Combined postage costs give buyers a postage discount for ordering multiple items from my shop. For each additional item to the basic delivery price are automatically added 0.30 or 0.50 Euro (for bracelet) and from 0.80 to 1.50 Euro (for necklace). The supplement depends on the weight of the items, as this affects postage.

- Please contact me no later than 14 days after the item has been delivered. Send the item no later than 14 days after you have contacted me. - Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. - Refund for a returned item will be made when it is received back in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. - Any possible customs charges for shipments returned from non-EU countries are the responsibility of the buyer and are deducted from the refund amount. Measuring Your Wrist for an Accurate Bracelet Size
To find your wrist size, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
The measurement tape should fit snugly around your wrist, with no play or space between your skin and the tape.

STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.

PLEASE SELECT THE EXACT SIZE OF THE WRIST - DO NOT ADD ANYTHING !

- All stone beads are unique and may vary in color, shades and patterns as they are made from natural crystals. The bracelet you will receive may be the same as in the picture or similar to it in the same natural stone.
