Getting you the Goods (Shipping):

All Papermain cards require 1-3 business days for production prior to shipping. Unless otherwise arranged, we ship all orders through standard Canada Post or ChitChats Express delivery. Tracking is not included with standard shiping to keep shipping costs minimal for you. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery within Canada.

Delivery times are estimates based on Canada Post and Chit Chats Express, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Sometimes there are delays at the post office which may cause your order to arrive later. While these circumstances are not in our control, if your order does not arrive within 4 weeks of its shipping date, please let us know and we will provide a full refund.
