All our art is insured against damage in shipping on your behalf as part of the fee you pay. We do our best to quickly work with buyers that receive an item that is damaged. We require photos of the damage. Buyers will be responsible for filing or processing Damage claims. We do require the buyer to take the damaged item and packing to the shipping company when requested if an inspection is needed. We can not send a replacement if buyer refuses or fails to take package in for inspection. We can not issue a refund or replacement until the claim is completed. Any package shipped and returned the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and as all our art is made to order for you, a 50% restocking fee is applied.

HOW TO HANG ON WALL. WALL MOUNT. INSTALLATION

Any art that states its a wall item... will have a wall mount location on back. A square area with our company logo, it will safely rest over a standard screw or nail and hold the art flush to the wall when the screw / nail is properly mounted to the proper depth. Heavier items are best to have the screw / nail installed to a stud, or to use a wall anchor. Mounting the art will be the same.

SHIP TIME. ORDER TIME ESTIMATE. HOW FAST

All our art is made to order. We show the "ESTIMATED SHIP TIME" of each item. IT IS AN ESTIMATE. Weather affects the production time. Our SHIP TIME ESTIMATE is for the base white marble. Other finishes can take longer.. metals like Bronze Patina etc could take longer. ETSY does not have the ability to know the weather, our production loads and able to dynamically change the SHIP TIME ESTIMATES for all scenarios and to show SHIP TIME ESTIMATES for each color option. Where else can you order art that is near custom made for you. We do the best we can to get art made and shipped as quick as possible. Please note by definition.. SHIP TIME ESTIMATES are just estimates. We do not guarantee a ship time.

DO WE HAVE PHOTO / PICS, CAN WE SEND PHOTOS

Every photo we have have is posted. Our ETSY store is up to date. We have over 1000 items. Each item offers minimum 10 color options. =10,000 photos. Each photo has up to 10 different views =100,000 photos. ALL our photos are HIGH resolution, ALL our photos are taken out doors in natural day light This takes time and our photographer is not always in site or available to get photos as the art is made / completed. YES WE KNOW YOU NEED TO SEE A PHOTO OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE BEFORE YOU ORDER. That is ok, please do not order. Our art is made for use In doors as Home Decor. Unless otherwise stated. Our white marble is a non painted surface finished in a proprietary way to look like white marble. It is how we produce our white marble finish. As there are many variations of white marble, please do not assume it will look like your white marble expectation. It is our white marble finish.. All other finishes are Faux, they are all hand painted and finished to reflect the desired color design.
