The box that is pictured is just an example of one of the designs that I've done. I can do just about anything on this box that you would like. If you would prefer a design from my single wine boxes, just let me know which one and I will make it work on this double wine box.

Option 2 - 50% down - - Best option if you want a completely custom design (invitation art, your monogram, etc.)
- You contact me and let me know what you would like included **IMPORTANT** Please include your email address in the message to me.
- I send you a computer proof of what the final design will look like
- You send changes or your approval
- Once approved, I post a listing for a 50% deposit
- I make the box and list the final - this is when the rest of the money will be due (+shipping)
- I send you the box :)

****INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of the USA) please note. All boxes will be shipped by first class mail to keep shipping costs down for my customers. First class mail can take up to 21 business days to arrive from the day shipped so please keep this in mind when ordering as production on the box takes at least two weeks. I go to extensive lengths to make sure that you are happy with the design chosen and that the information you provide is correct by providing a proof and review process. Once the design is approved and the names and date checked for accuracy, the wine box is created. Unless there is an error on my part or the box is damaged in any way during shipping, it may not be returned to me for a refund.

It depends on the season. Currently my turn around time is 1 to 2 weeks on wine boxes and champagne boxes. 1 to 2 weeks on picture frames and ring boxes. Guest books and recipe boxes are about 2 to 3 weeks and three bottle, double, keepsake boxes and card boxes are about 3 to 4 weeks. If you need your order sooner please contact me prior to placing your order.

Wine boxes, signs, picture frames and jewelry are shipped by USPS first class mail and come with tracking and insurance to most countries. Delivery times will be longer with first class mail, so please take this into account when placing your order.

I hand engrave and wood burn all of my items with a professional pyrography tool and each piece is always unique. I do not use machines or laser engravers to create any product in my shop. I then hand stain, sand and varnish every piece to give them a smooth finished look. This is why my processing times are a bit longer than some shops. A lot of love and attention to detail goes into every piece that I create. I hope that you enjoy having them as much as I enjoy creating them for you.

If you realize this within a couple of days of purchasing an item, it will be okay - most likely I have not started engraving your product. Please just message me ASAP and I will revise your proof and send back with the new information. However, if you realize that the information you provided was incorrect after you receive your product, there isn't much I can do. I can't "fix" the hand engraving because that would require some serious sanding which will destroy the item. You will need to repurchase with the corrected information. This is why the proof and review process is so critical. Please make sure that everything looks okay and all names and dates are correct before you send your approval :)

The nicest words wouldn't describe how wonderful this product and service from Angela has been! Angela was wonderful with customizing the design (infinity symbol instead of arrow, different font and removed the wine insert). The postal service unfortunately lost my package but Angela is proactive to take out insurance on it and remade it. She even sent it to my mothers house (she has cameras) instead of mine to help ensure that I received the package. It was well wrapped and beautifully made. Thank you so very much Angela!
