To keep your jewellery looking its best: Polish occasionally with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid contact with chemicals, hairspray, and perfume. Store in an airtight container to reduce tarnish. Be careful not to snag your jewellery when dressing, and check for signs of wear and tear. For pieces with an oxidized finish, avoid using jewellery cleaning solutions, as they can cause the patina to fade over time. Safety: All jewellery is designed as decorative fashion accessories and should be removed before sleeping or engaging in sports. Some items may contain small parts, so please store them out of reach of children and babies. All transactions are subject to UK law.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Jewellery items come with a small, reusable white storage bag and a pretty, handmade pillow-style gift box (box style may vary). For buyers outside the UK who mark their purchase as a gift, please note that the item's value will be displayed on the Customs Declaration Label, as required by law. The outer packaging consists of a small cardboard pip box placed inside a biodegradable, waterproof mailing bag. Approximately 90% of the packaging is recyclable to help the environment. For security, the mailing bag is plain.

Custom and personalised orders

I’m currently unable to take bespoke requests. However, some items in my shop offer custom variations, such as ring or bangle size options. If available, simply select your preferred option at checkout. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

Processing & Shipping turn around times.

If you need items by a specific deadline, especially for overseas orders or during busy seasons, please order well in advance. Be sure to double-check processing and dispatch times before purchasing, as these can vary depending on the time of year, particularly for made-to-order items. I use Royal Mail for delivery and rely on them to safely deliver your order within a reasonable time. Once the parcel is in transit, I am unable to intervene. Please note, I cannot be responsible for delays if no one is available to sign for the delivery. Occasionally, unavoidable factors such as bad weather, postal strikes, or technical issues may cause delays.

All Domestic orders to England, Scotland and Wales include free standard Royal Mail tracked delivery. Please note I am unable to sell my items to EEA states or NI. A Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade may also be available at checkout.

Shipping during Christmas, New Year and other public holidays

Royal Mail collection and delivery times can be unpredictable during the festive season, Easter, and other UK public holidays. Please keep this in mind if you need your order by a specific deadline. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped once Royal Mail resumes normal postal collections, including Special Delivery.

All my silver pieces comply with UK Assay Office Hallmarking regulations and weigh less than 7.78 grams. Items under this weight are exempt from hallmarking. When possible, a simple "925" mark is added to indicate the metal is solid sterling silver.
