This is the fourth one I’ve bought and everyone I’ve bought for loves it. The quality of the frame is great. However, this was the first time I’ve needed to speak to the seller and I wish I had seen the reviews before. Her lack of communication is HORRIBLE, even on the smallest questions. The listing says ready to ship in 3-5 days and mine took 11 days to ship! And days to get a very simple reply. Very disappointing since I love the frames so much.

I really enjoyed my picture frame. It came as expected and it looks great. I was a little confused by the shipping because it said it had shipped one day but I waited multiple days later for usps to actually receive the package and for me to get an estimated delivery date. When I asked for the real shipping date (it is a gift for my mom who will be visiting soon) I was told to be patient, which I thought was a little rude of the seller to tell a customer. Overall, I received my item and I’m pleased with it, so I would order again.
