Although we package our orders extremely well, due the fragile nature of our product, your custom mug may arrive damaged or broken from mishandling from the post office during transit. That makes us sad! We want you to be able to drink from your new awesome mug right away! We ask that you take a photo of the packaging and the damaged product to send to us so we could file a claim with the post office within 1 week of receiving package. Once photos are received and confirmed that damage did happen before arrival, you would either be granted a full refund or a replacement product. If photos are not provided, we can not offer a refund/coupon or replacement product.

We offer two size ceramic mugs; 11oz and 15oz in two colors. We also offer a 20oz Aluminum Water Bottle, a 17oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle, a 20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler and 14oz and 18oz Stainless Steel Travel Mugs as well as a 10oz Enamel Camp Mug. Our designs may vary slightly from what is pictured due to the size of the product and placement.

We always ask that you make sure that the address on your Etsy profile is correct. You can message us after, but since the shipping is calculated to the address in your profile, we may have to cancel your order and ask you to repurchase with the correct address info, due to the fact that the shipping may be different if the address you wish to send your awesome mug to is in a different state or part of the world.

No, we do not guarantee arrival dates as we do not deliver the products ourselves. We do not work for USPS and have no control once the package leaves our hands. We DO guarantee when items ship, which our processing time is either 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days depending on the time of the year. Generally it's 3-5 business days for any holiday.

Because we ship out our items very quickly, I do not provide proofs unless requested. I am able to provide a proof if requested, however your order will be pushed back in production a couple days until I can get that out to you. Once a proof is sent you have 24 hours to approve, or your item will be sent as is. We allow 1-2 revisions at no charge, however anything more than that would incur an extra design fee. ****Proofs are not available at all during busy holiday seasons. Please make sure you check your spellings and selections carefully upon checkout.
