I strongly advise keeping your new jewellery away from water, perfumes or harsh chemicals, which can prevent your items from staying in perfect condition. Please don't sleep or exercise in your jewellery!

Please understand that I cannot be responsible for the condition of any items in circumstances where jewellery is not kept within this guidance.

Once dispatched, approx delivery timescales for orders where 'Standard Shipping' is selected at checkout, are as follows. Please note delivery times are estimates, I cannot be responsible for delays caused by extreme weather/mail strikes etc!

UK: 2-4 business days
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Canada and USA: 1-4 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks

Should your order not arrive within the above time frames, please drop me an ETSY message providing confirmation of your order details and I will look into it ASAP!

Please be reassured that I always do my best to ensure your items are packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition! I understand, however, that accidents in transit can happen and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you!

Should you receive a damaged item, please pop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received. I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.

Simply pop me an ETSY message and I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. Please ensure you include and images or additional information where necessary in order for me to resolve any queries ASAP.

If for any reason you need to return an item to me, please note all postage costs must be covered by the buyer, where items are received in perfect condition. Original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Gift Boxing/Bagging (depending on item) can now be purchased at checkout. Please note if you require individual gift wrapping, separate orders must be placed with payment for individual gift boxing. On multiple orders, items will be combined in one box/bag.

You can measure your ring size using string or similar. Wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where the string first overlaps with a pen. Then, line that up with a ruler and take down its length in millimetres. An approx conversion to UK sizing can be found below.

J – 48.7mm, K – 49.9mm, L – 51.2mm, M – 52.5mm, N – 53.8mm, O – 55mm, P – 56.3mm, Q – 57.6mm, R – 58.9mm, S – 60.1mm, T – 61.4mm, U – 62.7mm, V – 64mm, W – 65.2mm, X – 66.5mm

Remember, due to the style of my rings, they are sized XS, S, M and L, to accommodate the stone and wrap band. For example, XS fits J/K, Small fits L/M etc. This is worth considering when deciding on your size! :)
