The custom box in this listing was for a customer who wanted a special gift box for a long metal branding iron. The branding iron measured 32" long and 4.5"" wide at the end where the brand was. The logo on the top was carved into the wood and painted black. The lid is made from .25" plywood and slides in and out very easily. To give the box more stability I added walnut splines to the corners.

The inside dimensions for the box are 4.625" tall by 34.875" long and 4.875" wide. The thickness of the sides of the box are roughly .5". Box is sanded to 120 grit and left unfinished. Wood used for the box is White Pine and Walnut for the splines

I left a review earlier but heres another one. I loved the craftmanship and quality of my the box I ordered. I will be ordering more in the future only a bit larger. I measurements were off by a 1/2 inch or so. I creating a new product for my art business and this is a prototype so changes are inevitable. This owner Ryan is awesome and I look forward to buying more and working with him. Rick Madden Bearfoot Creations
