How long does it take for me to receive my package if I live in the USA?

Delivery times vary depending on which state you live in. - CA / NY / HI : around 14 business days. - Other states: 3 - 6 weeks.

Important info on international shipping

- All packages ship via registered mail (signed-for) from Singapore. Tracking for USA, UK and some countries only lasts upon reaching your country borders. You sign for it when it arrives at your doorstep. There is no detailed tracking unless you upgrade to Speedpost Standard. - An item is considered 'lost in transit' only after 60 - 90 days have passed, depending on your country. - Packages are marked as 'Others' and true value declared on the customs form. - Buyer is responsible for customs fees, VAT & tariffs imposed by their government. Please check what your purchasing threshold is for overseas orders so you don't end up with unwanted surprises, thank you.

Do you have Angel policies?

Yes, Angel policies apply to digital stamps only. This means you have permission to create & sell your finished crafts in small quantities. There are 2 files in the digi stamp download. Which format should I use?

Any one, JPG & PNG files print out the same if you use the original downloaded files. The colouring pages (not to be used as digi stamps) only come in JPG formats. JPG: Friendly with all programs for easy read & print. Will start to lose resolution when saved over multiple times. PNG: Has a transparent background so you can add digital backgrounds. Prints the same as JPG format. I would recommend to print/work with this format. Almost all programs can open it, and it is a lossless format (does not lose resolution when saved multiple times). If unsure of how to use, just print the jpg.
