Comes with a White, Ivory, or Light Blue ribbon for attaching to the bouquet. Please choose the ribbon color from the drop-down menu.

Charms come packaged in a cotton-filled jewelry box.

Custom made using your own photos. THIS IS NOT A DO -IT YOURSELF ITEM! We place the photo and seal it under a layer of epoxy.

INSTRUCTIONS:

* Please send photos via ETSY messaging.
* PLEASE DO NOT CROP THE PHOTO!!!!!! I will crop the photo and make any adjustments necessary.
* Once the uncropped photo is received, we will send you a sample for approval via Etsy messaging within 24 hours.
Samples are sent to be sure the order is correct. If you have chosen to go with a personalized message, please be aware that I copy
and paste from what you have written, so double check your spelling and punctuation to be sure everything is correct.
* After the sample is sent, should you decide to change the saying or want to send a new photo to try, you will be charged a $5 fee for
the new sample.
* In order to provide the best possible customer service and keep my shop flowing in a timely manner, I must limit the changes and
samples per order.
* Processing takes 1 - 3 business days with your shipping date being on that 3rd day..
* It is imperative that you check your messages and give us a response on your sample or your order will ship as-is on the scheduled
shipping date and no refunds or exchanges will be available.
