Poor communication. Was told the order was being cancelled because it could not be shipped. I inquired about refund. Ordered a different card box for my wedding because I still needed one since it is 3 weeks away. Cancel notice was given 4 wks out. Week later with no communication was emailed that it was sent. I now have 2 card boxes coming. I emailed them the day they shipped about this and now 3 days later, still no response. Very disappointed. I understand shipping from outside US is challenging, but you shouldn’t tell someone you cancelled the order and not follow up if something changed.
